We started many years ago with only a handful of International Fellows. As NDU grew the International Program, Suite Solutions has expanded to support the ever-broadening housing needs of the Program. Over the years we have developed a comprehensive program to make your arrival, transition and long-term stay go smoothly. We make sure all the details are taken care of before your arrival, provide a warm greeting at the airport and transportation to your apartment. We have staff on site the day of your arrival and for a few days after to help with any questions, issues or settling in concerns.
Suite Solutions will provide a complementary shuttle to a nearby shopping center that has a grocery store, department stores, a T Mobile store as well as a large mall. We also run a complementary shuttle to a local Halal Market that will be arranged after your arrival.
Our founders, Jennifer (JJ) and Sharon Roberts, were raised in a military family and have first hand knowledge of the unique challenges of traveling abroad, especially with your family. They have deep compassion for the needs you face and are eager and committed to helping in any way you may need. We want you to get settled and feel comfortable easily and quickly so you can help your family get situated and focus on your studies.

It has not been unusual to find one of us sitting in the emergency room or a dentist’s office with one of our guests. In addition to the high level of personal service we provide, we also have one of the largest blocks of inventory in the Crystal City area. In the corporate housing industry, it is difficult to secure the amount of inventory needed to support the NDU Housing Program — especially three-bedroom apartments which is scarce in this market. Due to our great service reputation and our outstanding payment history, we have been able to secure the inventory needed to support the program. All of our Featured Communities are in close proximity to each other, near shopping centers, grocery stores and public transportation. Most importantly, we have been able to create an off-Post NDU community.
